Over the past several years, Reut-Sadaka has increased its collaboration with youth organizations abroad that share similar goals. Reut-Sadaka youth members and leaders have been invited to a number of conferences, seminars and training courses by organizations in the Middle East, Europe and North America. Exchanges with youth organizations in other countries who face similar problems such as the struggle against racism, prejudices, and violence and who educate for intercultural understanding, tolerance, coexistence and cooperation are very enriching for the participants and the organization as a whole.
In the summer of 1999, Reut-Sadaka will host an international summer youth program in the Israeli town of Shefa-Amer and an international leadership training program at the site of "Givat Haviva." Reut-Sadaka members will fly to Hamburg in July to participate in an exchange with the AGFJ youth organization. For the third summer, Reut-Sadaka will send Arab and Jewish Israeli girls to the Denver, Colorado based "Building Brides for Peace" project of "Seeking Common Ground." These girls will return home to continue the year-long Israeli-Palestinian collaborative program of Reut-Sadaka and the Independence Youth Union, made up of monthly workshops.
